A. anayase.com brings 100% genuine high end &
authentic products which are directly sourced and imported from the Mother
company’s brands & authorized distributors. We only sell authentic products.
Q. What about quality?
A. We 100% source the best quality items for you, but if you are
dissatisfied, you can always send them back with the delivery person. You can
place order with confident.
Q. How does this site work?
A. You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired
products. You can then add them to Cart and click on place order. You register
and submit your address, select a delivery process and payment process –
and you are done. Our Anayase representative will call you and also get a
sms to let you know, then delivery representative will deliver your order right
to your home or office which address you provide.
Q. How to register or sign-up in anayase.com?
A. First you have to click sign-up/register button, then provide
your mobile number. Next you will get an OTP through mobile sms.
Submit the code, full name and password. Next check the “agree”
box. Finally click “Create my account” button and you are now registered
customer of Anayase.
Q. How to place an order on "Anayase"?
A. Wants to order from Anayase!! it's easy!! just follow these simple
steps below :-
After confirming the order
and completing the payment process you will get a notification from the app and
by sms to let you know that the order is successfully placed.
Q. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A. To
remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:
Step 1 - Go to your "Cart".
Step 2 - Click on the "Bin" button to remove
your item from your cart.
Step 3 - Press on "Delete Cart" button to remove
all the items from your cart.
Q. Can I call Anayase to place an order?
A. First let’s be clear that Anayase doesn't have any process available
where customers can call Anayase to place an order. But surely, we can guide
you with the process of placing an order -

Note: Except for the "Cash on delivery" payment
method, for bKash and Card payment, the customer has to share some
confidential information. This is another reason why we have no process of
placing an order on behalf of our customer.
Q. How much do deliveries cost?
A. Delivery charge inside Dhaka is BDT 60. And outside Dhaka is BDT 130.
Q. How do you deliver?
A. We have our own fleet to deliver. But also, our delivery partner is
REDX delivery agency. Our goal is to deliver the products to your place on
time.

Q. What are your delivery hours?
A. We deliver from 11 am to 9 pm every day. You can inform us which time
is convenient to you.
Q. How do I know when my order is here?
A. A delivery representative will call you as soon as they are at your door
to let you know about your delivery.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept cash on delivery and we also have Online Payment Gateway
System like Credit Card, Debit Card, Nagad, Bkash many more services. Don’t
worry about our transection process system.
Q. Do you serve my area?
A. We are currently serving all Bangladesh, except certain parts of rural
area.
Q. I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?
A. We are always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our
inventory just for you. There is a "Request Stock" feature that you

Q. My order is wrong. What do I do?
A. Please Immediately call +8801810169101 and let us know the
problem.
Q. What if the item is out of stock?
A. We hold our own inventory in our warehouses, so we rarely run out of
stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find
it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available.
Q. What happens during a hartal/lockdown or any kind of blockade?
A. We work during hartals, lockdown or any kind of blockade. That’s how
dedicated we are.
Q. What is the
Ratings & Reviews and how to write reviews?
A. Anayase customers have
the option of rating and reviewing their product and seller experiences. The
customers can both leave star ratings and add text to describe what they liked
or disliked about their experience.
How do I leave a Rating and Review?
It's easy! just follow the below steps:
1. You can rate products
with stars like these!
2. The next step will be adding comments about the product that you have
received so that we could know what you have received and on which basis you
are rating the product. This will help other customers to judge before buy.
3. You can also rate our rider and can put comments about his service or
behavior.
4. After completing your review press on “submit” button to publish.
Q. What about the prices?
A. Our prices are our own but we try our best to offer them to you at or
below market prices. Our prices are the same as the local market and we are
working hard to get them even lower! If you feel that any product is priced
unfairly, please let us know.
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. You may get a refund within seven (7) days on unopened or spoilt
packaged products. For perishable products, we have a one (1) day return
policy. We will not accept any perishable items as return if opened or spoilt packaged
products. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please contact us at +8801810169101 if
you want to return an item.
Q. Can I get a refund via cash?
A. If you have selected Cash
on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for
your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking
or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
Q. What is your discounting policy?
A. We try to provide the best deals in whole country and often many of
our products are given discount below the maximum retail price (MRP). We also
offer discount codes under special circumstances, which are applied on the MRP.
On any given product, we can only apply one type of discount. We always
consider the best discount available to the customer. For example: If the MRP
of a product is Tk. 100 and our discounted price is Tk. 92 -- the product is
already sold at 8% discount. We occasionally give flash sale discount to the
customer.
Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?
A. Tips are not required. Our delivery team members appreciate
recognition for their hard work.
